I was replacing the baseboards in my basement when I noticed mold on the backside of the old ones. I called SERVPRO of Bowling Green and West Lucas County right away and they were out there that day working. Although it was a set back I am extremely happy with the way SERVPRO handled it. 

I use my basement for storage so when I noticed mold growing on the beams I knew exactly who to call. SERVPRO was recommended to me by a co-worked and he talked very highly of them. SERVPRO came out and gave me an estimate the same day. After talking it over with my wife that night I gave SERVPRO a call first thing in the morning. They came back out that next day to start work and didn't leave till the job was done. Can't recommend enough. 

I came back to Ohio from my summer home to find about 2 feet of standing water in my basement. Due to the time it was down there everything started to display mold, including the rafters. SERVPRO of Bowling  Green and West Lucas County came in took care of the water and all my belongings in the basement. They even worked with me to try different things to remove the mold from the rafters. They were very informative and polite, would highly recommend. 

When me and my wife went to sale our house last month the inspector noticed mold in the crawlspace. Right away we call SERVPRO and with in hours we had a team in our crawlspace working away. Thank you SERVPRO I could not have asked for better service.
