This company came out on day one when I had a problem and worked tirelessly in the severe heat. They always answer phone calls and attempt to find the answers to questions. This is a top notch company. I am so happy they were the ones to come out to help. I would never choose another company after having this one. I came home one day to find that my dishwasher had leaked all over my kitchen floor and into my hallway. SERVPRO was able to clean up the mess and save my hardwood floors in the hallway. 

I am a member of a local science club, we use a large walk in freezer. The freezer can get quite dirty at times and needs a good scrubbing. I called SERVPRO to see if they would be willing to take this kind of work. Not only did they accept, they were glad to do it. I use my basement for storage so when I noticed mold growing on the beams I knew exactly who to call. SERVPRO was recommended to me by a co-worked and he talked very highly of them. I noticed an odor and discoloration on my ceiling, not knowing what was the cause I called SERVPRO. SERVPRO came out and found the cause was a dead animal. Steve and his staff removed the animal along with any insulation that was around it. They also disinfected and deodorized the attic for me. I can't thank SERVPRO of Bowling Green and West Lucas County enough. I called them the Monday before the 4th of July to have my carpets cleaned and a few walls wiped down before I had company over. When I called the office Michelle was very polite and accommodating, she informed me she could have a crew out in a few hours. The following day I received a call from SERVPRO's office as a curiosity to make sure everything looked good. SERVPRO saved my fourth of July.  

When I had water build up in my crawlspace SERVPRO of Bowling Green and West Lucas County was very prompt and professional when they arrived at my home. My crawlspace is quite tight and filled with debris. SERVPRO worked with me professionally to clear the debris and standing water. I could not have asked for better service.
