Hallway Fire

Fire Damage at this Lucky Ohio home began when a light fixture in the entrance way shorted. It was a two-story home, so the fire damage obviously affected the second floor also. The before photo shows the damage to the ceiling on the first floor. We were required to tear out a considerable amount of damaged building materials and dispose of the debris. The entire home needed to be treated for soot and smoke damage which can be a lengthy process. There was also water damage clean up from the firefighters heroic efforts. Thankfully, SERVPRO of Bowling Green and West Lucas County has established practices and procedures for dealing with all of these issues. The after photo shows the exceptional work of our highly trained technicians. The whole process including cleaning up the contents of the home lasted about a week and a half. But the customer could not have been happier with the speedy clean up and great customer service.
