Townhouse troubles

Storm damage to this unfinished Swanton townhouse occurred when heavy rains produced a breach in a recently installed door on the lower level of the townhouse. The entire lower level floor was covered with water from the incident. It took SERVPRO technicians several hours to set up water removal equipment and extract the standing water from the structure. Commercial air movers and dehumidifying equipment were employed to speed drying of the floors and other affected building materials.
