Fitness Center
Competitors are always amazed at the methodologies and techniques we employ to reach our objectives. The water in this Fitness Center in Bryan was really wet from a broken water line (and a storm.) Sure, the tile floors in the dressing room are not a problem, but the walls were soaked and water damaged. To save time and money, not to mention inconveniences to the workout enthusiasts, we peeled the vinyl wallpaper to reuse, and we set up the Before Photo rig. The clean tubing is called flat lay duct and is attached to an air mover. It is then protected and stabilized (because of the air pressure) with a poly shroud. This rapid air movement greatly increases the rate of circulation within the wall cavity, mitigating damage because the moisture is being driven away. The After Photo illustrates a dried interior, and only a need to replace a two-foot high drywall paneling course. Then the wallcovering can be glued back in place. Only settle for the best for commercial water damage restoration.
