Water on the Showroom floor
A sprinkler line in the ceiling of a department store in Whitehouse OHIO broke, saturating carpets and causing ceiling tiles to fall onto the sales floor. We worked around the clock to extract water, preserve contents, and to get them back open as soon as possible. They chose to re-open although the equipment was running. The warehouse also sustained damage, and many boxes of stock needed to be re-boxed and put back on shelves. The business stored contents on the floor, and now uses shelving to keep contents up in case of another flood. SERVPRO of Bowling Green and West Lucas County worked and dried the area after hours, as not to interrupt business.
